Neurodevelopmental Disease Modeling for Non‐stem Cell Biologists

Modeling human neurodevelopmental disease using stem cell biology techniques requires significant expertise to allow for the discovery of cell phenotypes. Now, a new Review Article from (Carl Ernst, McGill University and Douglas Hospital Research Institute, Montreal, Quebec, Canada) provides a roadmap for experimental planning for those less familiar with the use of induced pluripotent stem cells to model human neurodevelopmental disease.
